The ReCutec product range covers the key wear points in size-reduction and processing technology. Every item can be supplied as a custom part made to drawing or – for standard sizes – at short notice from the programme. What does the ReCutec product range include? ReCutec supplies shredder knives, granulator blades, ripper teeth, shear blades, wear plates and crusher/impactor wear parts for the recycling industry. Material, heat treatment and geometry are selected for each application – such as wood, plastic, tyre, scrap or electronic-scrap processing – rather than taken flat from a catalogue.

01 · Shredder knives
Shredder knives for single- and twin-shaft shredders
Rotor knives and counter knives (stator knives) are the most heavily stressed components in a shredder. They meet changing materials – wood, bulky waste, commercial waste, end-of-life tyres, cables or electronic scrap – and must withstand impact, bending and abrasion at the same time.

02 · Granulator blades
Granulator blades for plastic and rubber granulators
In granulators, rotating rotor blades work together with fixed stator-blade bars to size-reduce production scrap, regrind and reground material. Cutting retention and dimensional accuracy directly determine grain size and the plant's energy consumption.

03 · Ripper teeth & rotor parts
Ripper teeth for rotary shears and shredder rotors
Ripper teeth tear and break down coarse material through tensile and impact loading rather than a pure cut. They are used in rotary shears for metal scrap, mixed scrap, end-of-life tyres and bulky waste, and are designed to be correspondingly tough.

04 · Shear blades
Shear blades for scrap, container and baling shears
Shear blades for hydraulic scrap shears, container shears and scrap baling presses process large cross-sections – steel beams, sheet metal, machine scrap. What counts is high toughness, a precise grind and a geometry that matches the shear system exactly.

05 · Wear plates & armouring
Wear plates, armouring and liners
Housing walls, conveying paths, hoppers and transfer points wear out through abrasive material flow – even without direct cutting contact. Wear plates and liners protect the base structure and can be replaced in a targeted way.

06 · Crusher & impactor technology

Where service life decides downtime costs, carbide-tipped or hard-faced special designs pay off – for example with highly abrasive or mineral-bearing feed material. Together we check whether the extra cost is recovered over the service life.
